We take great pride in our artwork quality and the glass art we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will honor your return.
1. Item(s) may be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase with proof of receipt
2. Items must be in original quality and value
3. Custom special ordered item(s) and shipping fee ARE NOT returnable and refundable
